‘[To] clean air, things that cause stress that make people dial 911 to begin with: We could solve them through other departments. I think, in this world, we will still have armed law inforcement. We will still have detectives who investigate crimes. We will still have the functions of policing, but severely restricted, ‘cause we gotta reduce that surface area of contact between what is an over-funded department. 100 billion a year – It would cost at most 80 billion to send everybody to college for free. So what are we doing with this money?’
