Shoulder prehab series: video 3 of 4, banded tri-set (3 exercises in a row) This is the third video in the shoulder prehab series. I will be performing a sequence of drills I used as a warm up before an upper body lifting session. Exercise 2 of 3: Underhand band pulls This is for the rear delts and external rotators of the shoulders. The underhand grip allows for a little more external rotation in the shoulder. Keep the glutes squeezed, pelvis tucked, core braced, and the ribs down. Then begin to adductors the arms away from each other and pause at your end range, then return. Try to keep your elbows straight and do not extend from your spine.
