For Haikyuu there's SO MANY good options, but 2 ships that I find particularly appealing are BokuAkaKurooTsukki (BAKT) and Miyacest.
For BAKT, I love BokuAka and KurooTsukki individually, but something about the homoerotic friendship between Bo and Kuroo, and Akaashi and Tsukki, my sophisticated kings, hits different.
I'm a sucker for poly ships and they're one of my all time faves
Miyacest is more difficult, but I like the thought of the "what if". The taboo of it is very appealing to me, which is even worse because they're not just siblings, but twins. There's this amazing (unfortunately unfinished) fic on ao3 called Putrid by Singularity_Sin (I knew that by heart) that I LOVE, because it portrays their dynamic in such a realistic way while being incredibly hot at the same time.
For F1, I have admittedly been reading mostly Gax, however I have recently also found Max/Charles/George very appealing (@russthappen put me on that and I'm actually writing one myself 🤭)
But I have always been a multi shipper at heart, there's admittedly very few ships that don't have something that could make them appealing to me.
