Bakign mozaïek cookies at college. These were tough to make, but ended up perfect when they came out of the oven!
Tonight my last class of my six week pastry course. I feel much more confident in myself as a baker and it's given me the confidence to apply to bakeries and food places. I'm so excited to continue my journey in recovery and in the field of pastries and culinary!
