I wanna believe that is MY recipe but it's not 🤣 ok:

Ingredients:

4 egg (medium)

10gr baking powder

170gr flour

Orange zest ( 1 orange)

Orange juice (2 oranges)

1 cup of walnuts (Chopped)

1 cup of shredded carrots

A pinch of salt

150gr sugar

60gr melted butter

First things first, separate the yolks from the whites and whipped the whites until you get a firm meringue, reserve it.

In another bowl mix the egg yolks, the orange juice and zest and the melted butter.

Mix well and then Sift the flour add the baking powder and the salt and mix again, if the mixture gets thick just add a little bit of water. Add the carrots and walnuts

Then add CAREFULLY the half of the meringue and gently incorporate

( It doesn't have to look like this, it should look well integrated)

Put it on a bowl, that has to be previously covered in butter and coated with flour

Sprinkle some sugar on top and baked it in a preheated oven for about 50 to 60 minutes in high heat.
