He is about 6'2 to 6'4 in height, he is very tall!
His body type is similar to Wraith in game and Wraith as featured in Hooked On You! Body type is what I call muscular but lanky, especially with his legs! (He is not skinny!)
He usually wears wigs to cover the top of his head, otherwise under the wigs his natural hair is in splotches due to the fire he was in and some locs are (mostly) stuck upright (similar to how he looks in the game).
He has burns almost over his body, he mostly hides them how he can though.
His left eye is almost completely blind, his right has slight vision loss but usable. His left eye was burned by the fire and lost most color/most functionality.

Mini Bio;
During the intense scuffle with his boss, the two men stumbled into the activation button for the car crusher behind them. The machine whirred on, the hydraulic press thumping to life behind them as they continued to fight. Scrap metal from its conveyor flew across the floor as the crusher's rhythm became thunderous.
In a flash, Philip pushed Azarov off of him to attempt to get away. Horror overtook his body in place as Philip watched Azarov stumble backwards into the car crusher.
Before he could react, Azarov's head was swiftly crushed underneath the arm of the press. Instinctively, Philip ran over to the machine, slamming his fist onto the button and killing its processes.
However it was too late; Azarov's skull had been completely crushed under the force of the hydraulics. Dread trembled throughout his body as Philip could only on-look in horror as he stepped back away from the scene. His eyes darted around; no one else had even arrived for their shifts... Yet.
He knew what he had to do, what he'd been doing his entire life.
Philip ran, far away.
Co-workers piling in from the entrance of the yard tried to flag him with warm hellos but their voices babbled as he dashed away. Philip threw his hood on and kept speeding away from the junkyard into the wooded area that surrounded it. Losing his breath, Philip finally collapsed onto his knees near one of the many birch trees dotting the landscape.
A smog started to envelop Philip while his hands buried his face deep within his coarse flesh. Angry shouting became closer as his co-workers from before started hunting him down.
As they approached the birch tree for their revenge, nothing stood before the angry men other than a black fog seeping its way back into the woods.

The Muse
꩜˚ - Wraith is portrayed closely to canon with some head canons thrown in.
꩜˚ - Wraith is portrayed vocalizing with noises, growls, and hand gestures. He does not verbally speak. Refer to in-game sounds for reference (eg. lobby breathing/growling). Wraith uses basic ASL (will be spelled out as you would sign it), paper and pencils he steals from realms/trials, and sometimes dirt/anything he uses to mark his sigils.
꩜˚ - Survivor!Philip is portrayed with heavy burn scars, almost total vision loss in his left eye, and a personality close to how he's portrayed in Hooked On You! He is basically a socially awkward, easily flustered, nerd!
꩜˚ - Default world portrayed consists of older head canons; including separate campfires, killers being able to interact at their campfire, etc. Please specify if you'd like to follow an A.U, different canon, or more game-lore accurate canon.
꩜˚ - The story from his tome is heavily incorporated with his portrayal, along with his in-game biography.
꩜˚ - Multiship; preferred pairing is Trapper x Wraith. Survivor!Philip has no preference.
Both are portrayed as Asexual Biromantic, however chemistry first is required.
