He did well
So I received my early Valentine's Day present from F, as we won't be seeing each other tomorrow. I was well impressed. Not only did I have no clue what it was going to be (I have quite a remarkable tendency to always guess correctly his gifts for me) but I loved it! It is not a 'conventional' V-Day gift. It is a Ukulele! He remembered that this totally hot instrument was the only thing I could play as a kid (apart from the recorder and er, triangle and bongo drums) and noted how close I was to buying one in Bali, but couldn't cos my luggage space would simply not permit. I've also got a learners book to go with it as I am quite rusty after a decade-and-a-bit from my..golden era. Flowers also to come on Friday's dinner date. Now I feel bad I got him nothing.
I secretly wished he still smoked because he looked so hot when he did it. Why cant it just be harmless. Sigh.
