🔴Bada Valley🔴 Also called Napu Valley ⚫Located in the Lore Lindu National Park in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. ⚫The Valley contains hundreds of megaliths depicting human / human-like forms. ⚫These figures are often depicted with extraordinarily large heads with straight bodies and no legs. ⚫It's suggested that there were carved around 5,000 years ago, while others say the megaliths were made about 1,000 years ago. ⚫Meanwhile, other people say that the stones are related to megalithic culture in Laos, Cambodia, and other regions in Indonesia in the past 2,000 years. ⚫There is a megalith named Tokala’ea, which is said to have been a rapist who was turned into stone. ⚫Another megalith, known as Tadulako, is thought to have once been a village protector , however after stealing some rice, he was turned to stone as punishment. 🟢Bada Valley is also known for its kalambas, which are circular tanks carved out of individual blocks of stone. ⚫Kalambas can be found in various shapes and sizes. ⚫It's suggested that these were once used as coffins or perhaps cisterns for water ,also Heavy stone lids, often found lying nearby the kalambas. . .
