i finally feel a bit human (wisdom tooth extraction + period mean I’ve spent the last two days in PAIN) so I’ve been cleaning up a bit. I made the bed and did dishes and swept and then started to mop the kitchen with the NEW mop I bought last month and what does it do? I take four or five swipes across the floor and the dang thing SNAPS in HALF.
Cut my hand and everything! Not bad, but still- ugh!
It was still returnable thankfully. Got that processed. Took me a bit to explain that they really do NOT want me to mail them back a used mop tho, had to talk to a manager about that bc the regular reps’ scripts didn’t allow them to process ‘this is a USED mop. It is icky, you do NOT want me to mail this back to you.’
Thankfully the manager was like, “Oh yeah, no, that’s correct, we do not want to get that back. Original payment or giftcard?”
