Baby Shower Meatballs
Red onion, bell pepper, barbecue sauce, grape jelly, garlic, garlic powder, pepper, salt, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, Horsey sauce.
Tossed some broccoli on top to avoid using another pot.
Well, this was disappointing. I don't know if it was something I added or if it was the brand of meatballs themselves, but these were not baby shower meatballs. They were more like an Asian flavor. I don't know how the flavor went so left. Everything I added, except the fresh pepper and horsey sauce (a teaspoon to cut the sweetness), was all regular BSM ingredients.
It was probably the red bell pepper. And don't try to tell me they taste the same as green. They don't.
Don't get me wrong, it was good, but it's just not what I wanted.
Even the mashed potatoes were bad. I let too much water boil out by the time I added the potato flakes. They were gummy.
today, i ate a bad sandwich. it had too much spices and things mixed, at the same time the veggie burger was tasteless and nothing had flavor. definitely not my top dish, like that pasta from a few months before.

today, i had one of the worst dinners in my life. it was a bad quality pasta, seasoned with a salty garlic and a thicky cheese. even worst than eating was knowing that i was the responsible for it.

Suffice to say, cauliflower rice with hard boiled egg, salsa, scallions and goat cheese does not agree with my palate.
