These Sweet and Spicy Bacon Wrapped Meatballs are the perfect combination of savory and sweet with a kick of heat. They make for a fantastic appetizer for your next gathering or game day party!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup milk. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper. 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 lb bacon slices. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup sriracha sauce.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C. Ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped red bell pepper, chopped onion, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a big bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Form the mixture into meatballs that are bite-sized and reserve. Secure each meatball with a toothpick after encasing it in a piece of bacon. The meatballs wrapped in bacon should be put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. To make a glaze, combine the brown sugar, honey, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Evenly coat the meatballs wrapped in bacon by brushing them with glaze. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the meatballs are thoroughly cooked and the bacon is crispy, in a preheated oven. Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Serve your spicy and sweet bacon-wrapped meatballs as a fun party snack or appetizer.
