Ingredients: 4 ears of fresh corn on the cob. 8 slices of bacon. 1/4 cup of butter, melted. 1/4 cup of brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon of paprika. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Turn the heat up to medium-high about 350400 degrees Fahrenheit or 175-200 degrees Celsius. After husking the corn, pull out any silk threads. After rinsing, pat them dry with paper towels. Melted butter, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a small bowl. Make sure all of the corn ears are thoroughly coated by brushing them with the butter mixture. Encircle every corn cob with a pair of bacon slices, fastening the ends with toothpicks. Transfer the corn cobs wrapped in bacon to the preheated grill. After the corn is soft and slightly charred and the bacon is crispy, grill it for 15 to 20 minutes, turning it from time to time. Before serving, take them off the grill and allow them to cool slightly. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Savor your mouthwatering corn on the cob wrapped in bacon!
