Indulge in the rich flavors of a Bacon-Queso Burger, featuring juicy beef patties topped with crispy bacon, creamy queso fresco cheese, and a medley of fresh toppings. It's a burger lover's dream!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of bacon. 4 slices of queso fresco cheese. 1/2 cup diced onions. 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes. 1/4 cup lettuce leaves. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 tbsp mayonnaise. 4 tsp ketchup. 4 tsp mustard. 4 tsp barbecue sauce.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Form the ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper. Cook bacon on the grill until crispy, then set aside. Grill the burger patties to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of queso fresco cheese on each patty to melt. Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1 minute. Assemble the burgers: Spread mayo on the bottom half of each bun, followed by ketchup, mustard, and barbecue sauce. Place a burger patty with melted cheese on top of the sauces. Add a slice of bacon, diced onions, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve hot and enjoy!
