This is a traditional Italian pasta dish that has been changed by adding chicken, bacon, and a creamy Parmesan sauce.
Ingredients: 8 ounces spaghetti. 2 large eggs. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 8 slices bacon, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces. Salt and freshly ground black pepper. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water that is boiling. Let it drain well. Whisk the eggs and Parmesan together in a small bowl. Set this bowl aside. Use medium-high heat to warm up a big skillet. It will take about 6 to 8 minutes of cooking after adding the bacon until it is brown and crispy. Get rid of the extra grease. Put garlic in the pan and cook for about one minute, until it smells good. It will take about 6 to 8 minutes of cooking after adding the chicken to the pan until it is golden and fully cooked. Add pepper and salt. Turn down the heat. Throw the cooked spaghetti in with the bacon mixture right away. Take the pan off the heat and quickly add the egg mixture. The spaghetti's heat will cook the eggs. Mix until smooth. Serve right away with parsley on top.
