This Triple Bacon Burger is the best thing ever for bacon lovers! It has tasty sauce, bacon bits, beef patties that are juicy, cheddar cheese, and a lot of them. This is great for a hearty meal.
Ingredients: 3/4 lb ground beef. 6 slices of bacon. 3 hamburger buns. 3 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 teaspoon mustard. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Pickles optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. Make three burger patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Get the bacon crispy by cooking it in a pan or on the grill. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. For medium-rare or to your liking, grill the burger patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a piece of cheddar cheese and place it on top. This will melt the cheese. Before you start cooking the burgers, toast the buns on the grill until they are just barely brown. Put the mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl and mix them together to make a sauce. Put your burgers together: On the bottom bun, spread the sauce. Then, add some lettuce leaves, a tomato slice, a burger patty with cheese that's melted, two bacon slices, and diced onions that are very thin. If you want, you can add pickles for extra flavor and crunch. To finish the burger, put the top bun on top of the assembled ingredients. Thank you for your order. Enjoy your Triple Bacon Burger!
