#bacon!

I'M CRYING I'M NOT

* part of my heart-healthy breakfast, yours too, should you have in your heart  happened to desire soul food   under any of many a moon... & in biscuits?  psshhhh. bacon grease; the ubiquitous by-product of, well...bacon - in all its iterations, foreign & domestic with brother rib, cousins hock & chop & uncle ham; all purveyors of the pristine porcine distillation. i can't speak on your past, & respecting your particular protein predilection, i don't aim to offend... but as for me, many a fond memory, spirited conversation, morning declaration occurred in the presence of - under the backdrop of - at the breakfast table over - many many strips of crispy, tasty bacon. vegan or no, you know this one immutable fact if nothing else:   bacon tastes 'damn good' & is a culinary choice to be reckoned with.
