I put 30# of pork tenderloin in my Oklahoma Joe grill this morning at 9:00, I’m using charcoal and oak with low heat. Another two to three hours and they should be done.

Cooking up 33# of pork tenderloin, and 12# of beef tenderloin today. With all the weather disasters food will surely be going up in price, just trying to save a few bucks. After cooked we portion it out and vacuum seal them for the freezer.
