I jokingly made my bio “just the normal amount of sleep deprived” as a joke because I was always tired when I made it. I went to a lot of doctors who couldn’t tell me what it was, I even went to a sleep specialist who basically ignored me and told me to get more sleep (mind you I’m well in the sleep parameters for my age). Turns out I’ve had a sleep disorder for the past 9 months and actually AM severely sleep deprived. I’d like to thank light therapy for being light therapy and the American healthcare system for having the soonest sleep study being another 8 months away.
