LIVE FOREVER People are constantly telling me about how the current pandemic is reminding me of the work I used to create/show years ago depicting a post apocalyptic San Francisco struggling to rebuild itself through military organization and cultural renaissance. I decided that a result of these continual comments I'd start reposting the work I created from that era. The title of this series is 'Live Forever'. Most of the people depicted in these works resided in San Francisco, mainly in the Tenderloin District at the time. In many ways I used the backdrop of science/social fiction to depict the thriving art/underground community that existed throughout The Tenderloin and greater Bay Area at the time. Those certainly were days worth remembering! This was an ongoing series at the time that lasted roughly seven years. I showed continual installments of this series at various galleries/project spaces throughout San Francisco, Oakland, LA and Miami. The murals and street art component of thos series can (and could have at one point) be viewed throughout several cities in the USA, Scotland, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Thialand, Mexico, Turkey, Italy, France and a few others.
