love how in the bible story, the babel tower was abandoned because of humans' hubris believing they can climb to the heavens and similarly the british's greed believing they can control the entire world and its silver through the exploitation of other countries lead to the conditions of being so reliant on their babel tower and the ultimate destruction of the tower— the tower exploding as a symbol of their greed as its a center for all the knowledge they steal and hoard.
