https://chubbysewcialist.tumblr.com/ This one is an old project from summer of 2016, when I was just learning surface embroidery. My first Urban Threads purchased pattern is on the back, and then I split up the kittehs for the front. And once I’d completed those I just went nutz trying out all of the fun stitches I could find online, lol. Not all the highest quality of floss, but it was my first project and I wanted to see if I liked the craft before I really started to invest in it. And after using the cheap stuff DMC was a huge improvement, at least when working on clothing (getting a bit tangly on the tea cozys, I suspect its the cotton batting :-P). The cardigan is also my initial wearable muslin of B5616, made up of remnants of several different shades of blue. Its really only good for summer wear- the fabric is very light, the sleeves are too short to really feel comfortable on me, the pockets are too dainty to be useful, and there isn’t really enough room for my hips/butt area (which is part of why I’ve been lazy about not adding buttons or buttonholes). I might fold the sleeves up like with the Nevermore dress and make it less awkward. Aside from the intentional awkward of being covered in kittehs XDÂ
