After annoying Danny a bit too hard while the halfa was on a date with Sam, Boxy finds himself launched into space. Not feeling like returning to Earth, he floats around the endless void until he happens across a protector of the galaxy, B'ox, the box shaped Green Lantern. Boxy, naturally, is delighted to find this new friend.

John: That’s not a refrigerator. That’s B’ox, and he is a valued member of the Green Lantern Corps.
