"Man Out Of Time” is the only song reminiscent of the old Costello, yet it still doesn’t click lyrically like his older material used to—there are few (or none) references to fascism or other fun topics. “Pidgin English” is another decent one, but again, it’s not “Alison” or “Pump It Up.” B-.”

While Cobain maintains sole writing credits on most songs, the band covers Shocking Blue’s “Love Buzz”—which may be the best song on the album, second only to “About A Girl.” The combination of heavy metal and punk rock works for only a few, but not for them.
