I've always wondered about it a bit, because he genuinely doesn't fit very well with the archetype of Heartslabyul students. A lot of the time it looks like he doesn't really fit in there?

i never really cared to make one for myself like most people do, and instead i ended up thinking about how fun it would be to put a Yuu from different universes into Twisted Wonderland. I have a published (needs to be finished) fic where Yuu was stuck on Isla Nublar (Jurrassic World) for three years and they look at the overblots like a vacation. I think I was calling that ayuu Jurrassic Wonderland

I have another Yuu based on the Rapunzel lore who has amnesia and slowly picks up their attributes based on the examples around them. I particularly liked that one because they would use the others' own tricks against them/they were always learning and watching the other students. It made them a bit more formidable than others expected.
