I totally bombed a client interaction today. Like. It was cringe worthy. She was so polite but I could tell that I was just really not with it. Still learning. At least I can laugh at myself about it. I was recounting the convo to my sister and she was literally on the floor laughing......

P slapped me with some truth tonight. It was hard to hear but I needed to hear it. I was telling her about how I am starting to feel like everything is blown out of proportion, I don’t need meds, etc etc and she was just really honest and told me that she has seen me multiple times when i was manic. I asked her how she knew and she said that there were signs both visibly in how I presented and what I was saying. She said that I fidget more, that I talk faster and it seems like I can’t keep up with my thoughts. She said she could see in my face how all the thoughts are coming really quickly. She said the paranoia was a big clue in. When I talk about not eating as much. That I seem really bright and just very excited about everything. Overly cheery.
