he opens by calling himself oluwaburna, which isnt like the first time hes done it and its really a portmanteau of his real name ebunoluwa and his stage name but it works so well because it translates into 'lord burna' or even 'god burna', which invokes delusions of grandeur (and is some nice braggadocio). you see that motif again with lyrics like 'aint no slowin down' and 'feel like im bulletproof...with the sun shining through' bringing in a manic energy, an invincible feeling and euphoria. the verse also really plays into the repeating theme of substance abuse throughout fobs work and elsewhere on this album (eg wilson, stay frosty). he says it outright, they say he isnt normal. that hes sick in the head. it really fits like a glove on a song about what mania is like.
