Awoko is the same illustrator who did Delusion Tax (which would explain why I immediately fell in love with the image and want it for my laptop). Some of the text flashes by pretty quickly, so you might need to backtrack or pause to catch it all.

I have been listening to this song a few times a day since I first heard it. The repetitive phrases actually don't bother me and I just find the whole thing pretty darn catchy. It's fairly vague as well, but my personal take on it is that it's a song about how we can't let our desires get out of control and drive every action- the toll is getting hurt, and we still might not get what we want.

This video/song has vague mentions of child abuse so don't watch if that's going to be harmful to you. Hocus Pocus tells the story of how an adult (Gumi) who had been abused as a child finds a kid (Miku) going through the same thing and kidnaps her so that the child can be happy. It's all really sad and touching, honestly the worse thing that happens is that Gumi's character gets arrested.
I feel like the simplistic music style does well to keep emphasis on the story but still enhances it. The beat movement meshes great with the clock motif in the video and the mentions of making time.
