Hey nonny! I’ve actually gotten several messages and asks about awkwardnormalcy, so hopefully most everyone who is worried about her will see this. She’s…mostly all right. Some Real Life stuff came up that she had to deal with, and she felt it would be easier to do if she sort of…unplugged. I’ve been in contact with her the past few days; we’re going to try and keep working on Better Start Walking.Other than that, she’s just trying to take stuff one day at a time. If anyone wants me to pass a message along I will absolutely do that, as well.

awkwardnormalcy: one dude pops up to write over the title screen and writes "Hawkguy" instead

@awkwardnormalcy and I were talking about fight-appropriate superhero hairstyles, and I couldn't remember who I heard say no to ponytails because it's "putting a handle on your head" but obviously it called for practical application and hair selfies. Obviously. It's hard to tell but this is just a french braid taken from one ear to the other, front of my hair only. I think it's a nice combo of hair back but down with fewer options for someone to use my hair as a weapon against me. The first one has my hair in a bun as well--my hair holds on to water like damn so even though I washed my hair at 1pm it's still wet and on camera that reads as greasy.
