The wireless communications is one of the most active areas of technology development of our time. Recently, orthogonal frequency division multiplexing has been regarded as one of the core technologies for various wireless communication systems. The BER level is depend on the modulation type, SNR value and channel behavior. The Modulation schemes that we have used in this thesis are 4 QAM, 8 QAM, 16 QAM and 64 QAM which further improved using forward error correction codes FEC . A comparison is made between the diversity gain of MIMO systems in terms of BER for high QAM modulation scheme. This work presents, by a simulation toll MATLAB R2013a used for model implemented using fading channel to the performance analysis of Bit Error rate BER V S Signal to Noise ratio SNR . 

This Paper explores basic two systems of spectrum sensing Cooperative System and Non Cooperative System. Non Cooperative System includes Energy detector, Match Filter and cyclostationary with a performance analysis of transmitter based detection. It also includes analysis of Match Filter and Cyclostationary under low and high SNR, validating the result and applied the technique for Wireless local Area Network WLAN . To identify the no. of detected signal, chi square equation has been solved and finds the threshold. It has been observed during analysis that energy rises at high SNR under AWGN and under high SNR no. of detected signal decreases gradually when the no. of sample increases. When no. of sample increases then the no. of detected signal increases. The results of the detection techniques are reliable in comparison. Energy detection provides good result under high SNR values. All of the simulation work is done in MATLAB software and finalized the best detection technique for spectrum sensing. 

WiMAX which represents “Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access” is a major part of BWN “broadband wireless network” having IEEE 802.16 standard provides innovative fixed as well as mobile platform for broadband internet access anywhere in anytime. In this paper we, investigate signal detection and frame synchronization for wireless network signal using preamble detection method such as MSC, MGM, MMSE and MML and preamble we used AWGN and Reyligh channel, also used modulation techniques QAM with OFDM. The performance has been concluded based Sample versus Detection value and output through MATLAB R3013a Simulation. 

The last few decades, there has been a incredible growth in the wireless communication technology. The growing demand of multimedia services and the growth of Internet related contents lead to increasing interest to high speed communications. The Wireless communication technology, affordable wireless service has become a reality. In wireless communication, radio propagation refers to the behavior of radio waves when they are propagated from transmitter to receiver. In the course of propagation, radio waves are mainly affected by three different modes of physical phenomena: reflection, diffraction, and scattering. In this paper, we analysis of MIMO-OFDM system employing different Modulation scheme is analysed using AWGN channel. The Simulation results show that this is a novel technique for next generation wireless systems using MATLAB toll R2013a. 

In this paper denoising techniques for AWGN corrupted image has been mainly focused. Visual information transfer in the form of digital images becomes a vast method of communication in the modern scenario, but the image obtained after transmission is many a times corrupted with noise. OWT SURE-LET color denoising is based on linear expansion of thresholds (LET) and optimized using Stein' unbiased risk estimate (SURE). In this method, noisy color image is processed through Orthonormal Wavelet Transform (OWT) followed by thresholding of each channel wavelet coefficients. Finally, inverse wavelet transform is applied to bring back the result to the image domain. It efficiently exploits inter channel correlations. In order to remove the noise in multichannel images, OWT is applied on each channel.
