I canât find your WIP Wednesday post so I have no idea whatâs in it, but there must be one because other people are asking, so Iâm going to take a wild guess and ask for Kon wants scented. If thatâs not on the list please feel free to sub in something that is!
And Superboy doesnâtâheâs notâheâs not a pup, so he doesnât act like one. Doesnât go looking for the kind of attention a pup would get, or any attention he hasnât earned. Likeâif he saves somebody or flirts somebody up or makes somebody feel good . . . thatâs stuff he earned. Notânot something he justâjust gets greedy about.

âŚand what does Iroh think of Geraniumâs letters, and does he have any idea who they are?
Assuming you mean Bun Ma and Ju Long lol they're hydrangea đ
But oh yeah he definitely knows it's Bun Ma (probably isn't aware she's teamed up with Ju Long tho). I think Bumi mentioned that Iroh's written a few times warning Hydrangea team to be careful, but they shot him down haha. He's not surprised by the content of her writings but he's wary of her call to action. Especially since he knows she wants to do it in zukos name.
Since he's under the impression Bun Ma is working by herself (with addition of Ju Long but still essentially by themselves) he expects all of their letters to be theoretical since they need people to implement them and the White Lotus certainly isnt helping them.
In the Tatooine Time Travel Fake Marriage AU, whatâs âUncleâ Anakinâs relationship with Little Ani like?
âBIG ME!â
âLITTLE ME!â
[tosses a delighted 9yo up fifty feet into the air while assorted onlookers scream]
More under the cut for the AU that probably needs a better name at this point but everyoneâs managedÂ
Okay so obviously Little Ani is too little to be told the truth about the situation when they first meet. Heâs six and, as bright as he is, six-year-olds are not exactly known for their discretion. There are too many secrets to juggle, so the only one he gets trusted with at first is the Jedi thing, mostly because Snips and Skyguy want to get a head start on teaching him about the Force. Little Ani gets the cover story they cooked up about Big Anakin being his momâs younger brother, and he buys it because... well, slave families get separated all the time. The fact that his uncle managed to win his freedom and come back to save everyone is the part thatâs basically a miracle.
Age six is a young enough divergence point that Big Anakin can look at the kid and go ânephewâ instead of âme, but small.â Itâs before enough Major Life Events (podrace, Naboo, Obi-Wan, Padme, the Tuskens, Geonosis, the war) that all the things Anakin considers integral to being himself are things that havenât happened to the kid. They share the basic backstory of âborn a slave, raised by Shmi, likes droidsâ and after that the story splits. This means that Anakin has minimal trouble with treating him like a younger family member, and oh man.
Oh man.
Anakin loves being a cool uncle. He is down. He is so ready to show this impressionable child how to hotwire eight different kinds of speeders and the best way to throw a punch. He is enamored with the idea that there is a small child he is not 100% responsible for but still has some familial claim to, one that he can get into tickle fights with and cuddle on cold nights and tell half-sanitized war stories to. Little Ani adores his uncle for a myriad of reasons, and is very, very willing to tell people how cool Big Anakin is, even if he canât talk about the Jedi stuff or about how that massive slave release a few cities away last week was definitely the most reckless Skywalker.
The fact that they have the same name is a source of great hilarity for both (if for slightly different reasons), and they treat the whole situation as an inside joke. Generally, people differentiate with just Big/Little Ani, or they refer to the kid as Ani and the adult as Anakin (Ahsoka goes with Skyguy and Skykid, and Rex gets to learn that Little Ani loves it when he gets called Cadet or Private). Little Ani will definitely just say âUncle Aniâ and thatâs clear enough for everyone.
Anakin and Anakin will regularly address each other as âBig Meâ and âLittle Meâ as an inside joke that only one of them gets the full scope of.
All this to say, after the Naboo situation is handled and the reality of the clone chips starts to come out, and The Team comes to the Temple with Mace and Quinlan, and a very annoyed Maul in cuffs, there is a moment.
A very special moment.
Where Little Ani feels his uncle coming in from the hangars, and goes to whichever atrium has inside balconies instead of normal floors, and screams âBIG ME!â in excitement, while the crechemaster that was put in charge of him swears under their breath and chases him, a gaggle of small and curious children at their heels.
(Nobody approves of the screaming.)
This child with no sense of danger proceeds to fling himself off the balcony, trusting fully that his uncle will catch him, and causes at least three heart attacks. Force-sensitive children are resilient, but Ani is a reckless little fucker and his uncle has done nothing to curb the enthusiasm. He just shouts back âLITTLE ME!â and catches the kid, partly with the Force to prevent damage, and swings the kid around with the biggest damn grins on both their faces. Ahsoka is just as excited to see the Small Child sheâs been a bad influence on. Rex is ruffling the terrible Initiate haircut. Quinlan is enjoying the sight. Maul is judging them all, not very quietly.
In Kintsugi, what arrangements have Tophâs parents made for Zuko to drill in his swords, so that he remains in-practice and able to defend their little girl if necessary? Do they arrange for sparring partners for him, from or outwith the staff? What does that look like?
honestly? Iâve never really given it any thought, so I donât have an answer for you other than Lao probably hasnât made any such arrangements.

For the person sensitive to caffeine, infusions are a lot better for them. Tea is originally to reference leaf juice - the kind that comes from the tea plant whilst infusions are the others you refer as tea but aren't made with tea plant juice. But over the years since the infusion is almost the same as tea in process, tea as a word has been used to refer to anything that is steeped in hot water for flavor.
Also a difference, most of the time, infusions are good hot or cold. Tea is just good hot and never cold.
You can visit the clippers website to read about infusion and tea because they presented it in a really fun way. I would have to reach down my chest box for a book reference and I am too lazy.
Also, adding any fruit juice to any tea (I prefer black as the taste is strong) makes it a whole 'nother experience. Also sprite. I watched a video of a tea bag left in a sprite bottle and then the entire thing added over ice and I tried it and it's pretty good too but I wouldn't recommend it as a usual drink. Always a lot better to stick to just tea.
Have a great day!
@avayarising hereâs a message for you
Thank you for all this useful information!! Hope you have a great day too âşď¸
Oh oh oh Luke telling Obi-Wan his master is Jon Antilles! Then every now and again Luke says âMy master once said to meâŚâ of something ghost Obi-Wan said, and this Obi-Wan just nodding and thinking âThat sounds like something Jon would say.â
When Jon turns up and hears all these supposedly wise things he says heâs just ???? because none of that sounds like him at all. Obi-Wan has yet to notice.Â
âCLARK!â Lois shrieks in horror. Superboy bobs back up over the edge of the roof and tackles him. They go end-over-end through the air and Superboy bites him twice and then tries to choke him out, laughing gleefully as he does. Itâs adorable, so Clark smashes him into the roof and pins him there.Â
âDaaaaad!â Superboy laughs, attempting to wriggle out from his grasp and elbowing him in the jaw as he does.Â
âStop that, youâre gonna break the roof or something!â Lois sputters.Â
âOh, right,â Clark says, mildly disappointed. âOkay.âÂ
He lets Superboy up. Superboy sits up with a pout.Â
. . . Clark swats him over like a cat with a water glass, and Superboy goes tumbling across the roof and cackles in delight.
