also it's not as much vic and agent hate chosen as they hate alan(if that makes sense), they see chosen as a tool/puppet that alan used to torture vic further (but they hate both equally)
though vic beating up chosen in the box episode felt PEERRSONALL
chosen is basically powerless now and rocket corp may want to squeeze as much information as they can about alan out of him as possible, which is why they didn't just leave them to die
(i think that's rational cuz i wanna see more sopping wet chosen)
