I have many passions. 🙈 Baking is one of them.🧑‍🍳😋 I started baking 10 years ago when my son turned 1 and I needed a cake... I had decided to make him his very first birthday cake myself. I haven't stopped since. Baking became my hobby. My sanctuary. To keep me sane for years, after long working days in my corporate job. Creating mouth-watering sweets with my own two hands was so therapeutic. I was freeing my soul and openning my heart during making tasty creations. I controlled the ingredients, the pace, the design the process, the delivery, everything. I've baked few hundred cakes over the past decade. And along the way, I turned my hobby into a small revenue stream too. Baking is hard. It's a heavy physical job...standing all day, keeping bad postures, etc. I have to be mindful of myself, as I love doing it. And, this is one thing I have been encouraging my coaching clients who are longing for life (including career) transformation: 'Find a hobby and turn into a business.' ...so you can do it passionately from your heart. That's what I've been doing. Baking passionately while allowing some financial exchange coming into my way from this stream too. I love my life.🫶❤️ Never been happier & healthier. I really enjoyed making them. Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon, Strawberry and the 5th cake was a vegan & gluten-free cake. I was one of the hires for Autodesk in Dublin 5 years ago. And although I have left this amazing company over 1 year ago to walk my own path and to take care of my health, I'm so delighted that I could be somehow the part of this big milestone celebration. Thank you #autodesk for asking me to host the Wellness Program this morning that they organised for their employees to celebrate Women's day. 🌷 It was such a great honor to go back to my last corporate company's office, but this time not as a full-time emoloyee, rather a vendor/contractor to deliver motivation speech on how to relax and find happiness, followed by ceremonial cacao tasting, sound-bath and healthy food. People left the room totally ZENned, and they were hoping to be further, follow up sessions soon, in the very near future. "Can we have Women's Day celebration every week?" - was asked by one of the almost 20 attendees after the 2-hr session. What a great testament! 🙏 This unique relaxing experience is a wonderful gift that a company could give their amazing staff to thank their hard work, and to support their mental and physical well-being. Being an exception, offering healing, well-being and health maintaining rewards to motivate a team is a way to go; is a way to stand out even more in an ever competing tech market. Autodesk is a leading company in so many different aspects, and now they have further advanced their leverage at the Irish market by providing a relaxing program session and holistic healing experience to their Dublin based workforce.
