I like to think that he’s one year younger than Electryon, but when they were small children ppl thought they were twins bc they look very alike (this is based on my little cousins whom I thought were twins for way too long lmao)

I like to think he wasn’t being opportunistic when exiling Amphitryon and taking the throne, maybe he was upset over his brother’s death and doesn’t trust Amphitryon to take over his kingdom (maybe I’ll make another post on this)

You can bet her family was pissed when Aegeus divorced her but I think she would just be glad to be done with a loveless marriage and wanted to move on

I imagine that Perseus would not like him at all, not only bc Theseus kidnapped Helen but also bc he’s Aegeus’s bastard son. Since Aegeus divorced Perseus’s daughter Autochthe for not giving him a male heir, which was around the time women remarrying was considered taboo (which was why Gorgophone remarrying was a big deal).
