I love when pilates is just me and one other person, instead of 3 other people. Got to try some new stuff and you better believe I nailed those side planks! I've never really done a successful side plank before, so I'm proud of that! We also did a splits move that required a lot of balance and I did that as well! Eating yesterday was fine, got a salad from Subway for lunch with extra chicken and their vinegarette dress, and it was so good. The usual guy was working and he hooked me up with those veggies, unlike the last time I was there! Today I have a 3 mile run and then apparently we have to go to the 'Boo so my boyfriend can get a game from Game Stop. #priorities
Yesterday was kind of a lazy day, despite the cross training in the morning. I did 35 minutes on the elliptical, and walked an incline program on the treadmill, as well as Crush 60 Day 45. Also if you've never put peanut powder into Chobani vanilla, you're leading a sad, deprived life because it was AMAZING!
Accountability for the past couple days. I will be honest, I did not track 100% and had snacks at work on Friday. There was just so much freaking food, it was hard. I did not hit the candy as hard as I have in the past and tried to get my snacking focused on the healthy peanut butter dark chocolate chips that my coworker made. Yesterday we went to lunch at Chili's and I had a salad which was so tasty and a good choice I think. Workout on Friday was just Crush 60 day 44 (I did Day 43 today) and ran 8 miles yesterday, which I posted about before.
Two days of plans changed by the weather, but 2 days of getting it done. Tuesday I did Crush Day 39, which included another .95 miles, and then ate all the things! Then Wednesday I did an hour of cardio which included biking and elliptical. And since I'm not getting spaghetti at my parents this week I made pasta for my boyfriend and I, I had made room in my budget for it! I'm still feeling like a cold is trying to get me. I am trying my hardest to just get by with the little congestion. I'm fighting back hard! Today is my planned rest day so I can go get my nails done. I did my toenails last night. I painted them dark green with gold glitter on the big toe because my dress on Saturday is dark green and because Go Pack Go! So hopefully knowing today is my Friday, and my travel plans shouldn't need to change any further this week, I'll have a better day today. I still don't know what's for dinner tonight though.

Goals for Today, December 12th
Also I'm a quarter of the way through the year to my 30th birthday. Yikes. Anyway goals for today: 1. Stay out of work potluck/treats 2. Keep snacking in control from after work until bed 3. Prep lunch for tomorrow And that's about it for today!
Can I get a special prize if I remember to actually get photos of my meals BEFORE I eat it! First 2 things I eat, I'm good at remembering, after that, not so much! And I need to take a gym selfie, it's been a while. Yesterday I ran .99 miles in 10 minutes, then I did Day 15 of Crush. I interacted with a obviously very experienced dude in the weight area, and it wasn't scary. I feel like I'm establishing my legitimacy for being in there. I've got a program, I'm not just fucking around
Guess who totally spaced on posting accountability for yesterday until just now! This guy! Whoops! Yesterday was good, I did all the cardio, and ate all the foods!
