The male was walking towards where his other companion from the day before was. He was enjoying a bit of music as he trudged towards Aurel’s location. He had made sure to bring more songs similar to Wonderwall. The male was meant to ask the other what the deal was with him and Ira. They seemed to be pretty tense with each other but they were doing their best to work it out because of him. He was partly flattered by that but he wanted to know the history behind that tension. When he had finally saw his silhouette, Cole took off his headphones and called for his friend, “Hey Aurel!”

Ever sine the recall, new faces had been popping up around New Rome and Camp like daisies. It rather made Jolene disgruntled and disoriented. She didn’t like not knowing everyone in what she considered to be her Camp. Picking up her coffee from the counter of the cafe she was in, she didn’t recognize the name spelled out on the cup. “Hawk?” she said aloud. “Who names their kid after a bird? At least it’s not Apple or something.”

          it was only after al had already taken a sip of his order that he realized that it wasn’t his tea, or tea at all for that matter. 

The female had been travelling through the labyrinth countless of times already and it was superficial to say that it was exhausting but there was something else about travelling it entirely. It was just tiring physically but it was tiring both mentally and emotionally. But for her to get to one place and the other, she had to steel her away through it and honestly, she felt like it had made her more endurable on fights. For the first time, she had decided to stay a little bit more in the underground, sacrificing the bit of sunlight she needed, just to observe a couple of things. She had heard that there were people who lived here and she had wanted to know how they were able to tolerate this kind of living environment. Luckily, Maxine was kind enough to refer one of her friends, Eden Reed. She had waited for the male to arrive to where she was, just where the housings where, and decided to clean herself up while he wasn’t there yet.

Theo didn’t exactly hate the amount of new comers who had swamped the camp and the cohorts, it wasn’t their fault they’d all shown up at once. What she did hate however was the mess they left behind. The Third Cohort wasn’t small but they had always had a nice system to deal with the clean ups and organisation of the barracks, they had order. And Theo appreciated a good order to her life and surroundings. She had just hooked someones dirty, discarded sock on the end of her sword and was looking at it with distaste when the door opened with a band that gave her a fight. She didn’t mean to jump or to swing her sword with such force that the sock went flying off the end and straight into the face of the door opener. “Oh my gods! I am so sorry!” One hand went to cover her mouth, trying to stifle the giggle building in her throat.

   “This is a bit weird to ask but where is the way to the labyrinth?”

If there was one place in Camp Half Blood that Kol had spent most of his time since his arrival it was the forges. Sure it was probably something to do with his parentage that made him so drawn to the place but the male liked to think it was where he would spend most of his time anyway. There was just something comforting about the heat from the flames, the sounds of metal on metal, even the smell of oil just put him in a good mood. A chunk of celestial bronze sat on the workbench in front of him as he thought about what to do with it, the son of Hephaestus was of the belief that metal knew what it wanted to be, you just had to know how to ask it. The obvious answer was always a weapon of some sort, but it seemed too...boring. He’d already made a sword and three dagger this week. Kol turned the metal on it’s side and tilted his head with it, like that would give him some clue as to what it wanted to become.

“Okay, let’s do this,” the son of Triton whispered to himself as he plunged into the lake to quench the scorching heat of that afternoon. He had been contemplating on a recent experience of his that somehow still did not entirely make sense yet. He wasn’t even sure if it had occurred at all or if everything was a dream. While getting a few freestyle laps in, his heart began to race, and so did his mind. He concentrated on being somewhere else, specifically that other camp that looked so much like the one he now called home.
