The Court of Shard Kivara: Unformed potential. Home to Pseudo Jill~NHPs, sapient & wildly alien pieces of magic itself that must be confined into a more 'mundane' form to interact with anything but one another.

The Court of Leisos: Probably doesn't exist and/or replaced The Court of ISTELL, which has been (near-completely?) severed from the rest of reality. "Home" to Lich-Fae disgusted by life, death, their cycle, and anything that participates in it.

The Court of Herkne: A mysterious otherworld home to countless vying factions of ethereal, impossibly beautiful, dangerous alien beings bound by strange, seemingly nonsensical laws. The result of Fae trying to understand mortals.

The Court of Vass: The rotting corpse of a maybe-god filled with barely-coherent scrawls. The dying rage of a people who never existed in the first place. The resulting war, the largest ever fought.

The Court of Caganne: A completely mundane interplanar organization, staffed with completely mundane lunatics who only behave like Fae. They think you're the one not thinking clearly, and they're probably right.

The term is plural; a single Sectrus is a common Definitional term for an "area" or "group," some kind of division of the Herknes. A Sectrus can be a self-aware subjectivity, but it could also just be a rock. Or the idea of a rock. There's a dirty secret of Sectri that the Serpent doesn't want you to know: A given Sectrus can only really be defined in relation to another.

Though measured by the Kivarans in the unit of Arcana, Sectri are in truth fluid and extremely abstract. Why, them does a collective noun need a plural form? For one, because Sectri can be drawn and defined and labeled, liquid flowing into a container. For another, the gods are rather vain. The primordial five-fold division of the Herknes via the Scales resulted in domains that the owners very much preferred to aggrandize.

The active components of Sectri, self-aware subjectivities, are the Chon. All Chon but the Chon Debedda are Chon Herknesic, i.e. a component of the Herknes itself. Those unbound to any specific Chon Debedda bear this classification alone.

The passive components (spatial regions, information, conceptual cores, etc) are Gnatics. They may reductively be referred to as Planes if you wanna get confused quickly. The sum total of a Scale(or shard)bearer's Sectri is… well… their Sectri, though it may also be termed their Domain.

The Chon Debedda didn't divide their Sectri half/half between Chon and Gnatics - different ones effected different ratios - but they ultimately settled on a division of the Herknes that all considered fair. Or, rather, all of them thought they'd got one over the others.
