That is primarily due to the resume overload/crush taking place everywhere. The article is in reference to the multiple recruiters who contact me & maybe the āVirtual recruiterā emails I receive off / on..ā. Those recruiters āthat are NOT looking at the whole picture of candidatesāāāas to what candidates have done in the past and what they CAN do in the future, when considering that personās past/current work, education efforts and their career trajectory...
