autism x Shane explained with DSM-5
Not a big fan of the strict and clinical definitions in the DSM but this was tasteful and well done š if you wanted a list to compare the show side by side, this is delivering that.

omg I told my datemate about my time blindness and audiosensory issues and they went out and bought an analogue clock which doesn't tick to put up in their studio flat for when I'm over š what a sweetie omg
then found out that they'd bought one with glow in the dark numbers because they weren't sure if I needed to tell the time during the night as well like i'm cryign that's so thoughtful. only issue is I like to see as little light as possible at night but I'm sure it'll be grand. can just take the clock off the wall at night if it bugs me.
this. this is how to be a good ally to people with ADHD/Autism
To all my aidiosensory peeps who still want to participate in pride, Iām loving my jbl noise canceling headphones. Pride is overwhelming, but Iām playing white noise and still able to enjoy myself.
