this is completely and absolutely about suna and atsumu...sorry they're best friends as well. suna doesn't actually believe osamu is "the better twin" just because he has feelings for him, because atsumu is like his best friend. they walk to the convenience store together and put all their funding together to buy one pudding. they build shitty snowmen together in the winter. they go to summer festivals together and watch all the performances.

suna loves atsumu as much as he loves osamu (in a different way of course hashtag osasuna) and he DOESN'T go around making atsumu miserable all the time, because...they're...friends.

yes they bicker but it goes both ways and they both know the other one is joking and THAT'S what makes it fun. suna and atsumu are not afraid to get vulnerable every once in a while and let the other know that they do care about the other and they don't just hang around for convenience!!! they're not just mutual sides of osamu's connections!!!! both of them calls the other an asshole but if someone else tries to talk shit about the other???? throwing HANDS.

and you BET they're all still as close in the timeskip as they were in highschool. in fact i advocate that osamu, atsumu, and suna are even closer in the timeskip. games between ejp raijin and the msby black jackals are always bestsellers because everyone talks about how fun they are to watch, and that's because atsumu and suna are having the time of their lives.
