Day 10...
So, today won’t be my first Carb Nite. We decided to go to the Renaissance Festival tomorrow so I’m holding out until then ;)
I feel pretty good. The last 2 nights I have had 7 hours of sleep and just under 3 liters of water a day. It’s not 8 hours and exactly 3 liters but it’s a start and I can feel the difference :)
School is going to be hard. But then again when is it ever easy? I do need to work out my concentration and focus level. I seem to have a very dramatic and persistent wandering mind. I think I need some sort of other outlet, which will hopefully be taken care of when I get back to the gym.
I also need to work on some healthy recipes, more so with meat. With veggies I have a few different ways I like to cook them and if I get tired of it all I can eat veggies raw. But I very quickly get tired of how I cook meat and fish. It probably doesn’t help that I’m not much of a cook anyway *siiigh*. I’m glad my handsome husband loves me for me and not what I can do. I’m so bad at those old-school “traditional” wifely duties.
Anyway!! Happy Friday All!! Hopefully I’ll have more interesting things to share within the next few days :)
