Vulto! (+an explanation on how their poncho sort of works.)

Vulto is a sort of “fusion” of [NAMELESS VESSEL], and Athemila, the former Goddess of Knowledge, who was sealed away to rot and be forgotten by time. The two of them are one and the same, and have been since the moment they met. Kindred souls…mortal and immortal. Only they can understand one another. 

Athemila’s guiding and all-Knowing voice offered her a deal when her soul was on its way to the spirit realm, able to drag her to the pocket dimension She was trapped in, knowing they were the one She needed. They both wanted to break down this world as it was. The world that had killed them both. Together they could be more powerful than all those traitorous Deities combined.

[VESSEL]’s own umbrakinetic power on its own was unfortunately limited, due to an ability defect, but Athemila would make up for it. All She needed was…a new body. Now a vessel of Her power, Vulto preaches Her divine name and truth within the Cult of Athemila : Knowledge is the only power above all else. It will, in time, be everyone's salvation.

Extra stuff :

Vulto was the creator of an artificial ability source, using illegal technology. Of course those still in power would outlaw it, something like this combined with the right Knowledge could be so very powerful...this could be the key to a perfect society

The cult has a ritual eventually performed on all who join, referred to as "the cleansing." The people involved would sacrifice any and all power they originally had to Vulto, who was willing to take the pain and burdens their power brought upon them. How thoughtful and selfless she was!
