Questions to me #part1
Once upon a time, some questions came to me about the Existence of God and Religion. Now, I Just want to share these questions and hopefully it can help for those who might have same questions that sounding on your head
T: Like I said I don't believe in religion. There are two big reasons...mainly the existence of God and religion is arbitrary.... please don't misunderstand.... I just cannot believe the existence of God...
S: No, i don't hate your questions.. i like discussing and sharing what i know.. well, but i will not convince you anything.. i'm just going to tell what on my perspective, so it is up to you whether you accept it or not.. i will reply your questions, don't hate mee too ok?
T: Oh and I won't be ma at you.. Because. I like you so much Sarah.. but How come you can believe in God? I think God is very imperfect to be trusted, believed in. because I think nobody can prove that God created everything.
S: I do believe in God because the evidences of His creations are real, I think no one has to prove it. For example, Look at yourself first. What a perfect creation you are! Human is so complicated. imagine yourself on a voyage throughout your own body—a voyage on which unbelievable surprises await you. You will discover that there is a generator in your heart, and when that generator cuts out, a spare one steps in to take over the work. You’ll witness how cells in your small intestine are able to recognize and trap iron atoms out of the many hundreds of different substances they encounter. You will see how, after a long journey, a molecule of hormone, produced in an endocrine gland located in your head, reaches its far distant objective—your kidney, for example—and how it instructs the cells there what to do.
During the course of this journey you will witness miraculous events that have been taking place throughout what you refer to as “My body” ever since the day you were born, starting right beneath the surface of your skin.
Viewed from that point of view, your body is a whole city, a whole other world, in fact. Inside it are modes of transport, buildings, factories, infrastructure systems, equipment more highly advanced than even the most sophisticated technology in the outside world, specialized elements (such as cells, hormones, glands) that seem to exhibit unexpected awareness, fully equipped defensive troops, and many other marvels.
Moreover, this miniaturized environment is not restricted to your own body alone. Everyone you see around you—your parents, brothers, sisters, friends, colleagues, people walking in the street, the actors you watch on television, and all the billions currently living on this planet—possesses this same miraculous world within the skin. Similarly, people who lived hundreds or even thousands of years ago—indeed all the humans who have ever lived—have possessed this same inner perfection. Just like those alive today, people in the past had the same flawless systems in their bodies: trillions of conscious-seeming cells, secretory glands with decision-making abilities, and organs equipped with the most sophisticated biotechnology.
Considering and evaluating the events taking place within this miniature environment is of great importance, because anyone who does so has taken the first step towards freedom from a great illusion. Those who realize the perfection of the systems inside their own bodies—in the heart, for example—and who have grasped the creation within that system, can no longer be taken in by evolutionary fables that claim that the heart acquired all these features by chance. You will know that cells formed by the coming together of unconscious molecules could never do these things by themselves, and will seek to question of Whose intellect it actually is that these cells exhibit.
Someone who realizes that the stomach, a mere enclosure of muscle and tissue, possesses a special system that prevents it digesting itself while it secretes the acid strong enough to dissolve meat . . . those who know that when they cut their finger, at least 20 different enzymes go into action in a very special sequence in order for their blood to clot, with never any confusion or deficiency in the various processes while this is carried out . . . will find, by thinking deeply about the details of matter, that none of these systems could have developed in stages, as evolutionists would have us all believe.
Those who understand these details will realize that the tiny worlds of their bodies, has a Creator, and will regard the information they read here as a guide to becoming acquainted with that Creator. Everyone who sees the order in the systems within the human body, its superior creation at every point, will also clearly see that an Entity possessed of a superior power and a superior intellect must have created that body.
As you will clearly see from the examples given throughout Qur’an, it is Almighty God Who created the 100 trillion or so cells, the glands, many organs and tissues in your human body. God creates human beings as a whole, together with all their physical components, and reveals evidence of this to allow them to come to know Him. As our Lord has revealed in the Qur’an:
If you tried to number God’s blessings, you could never count them. God is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah an-Nahl:18)
That being so, those who are aware of all this must also realize the many blessings imparted by God. Such people will arrange their lives in such a way as to please only Him, know that their own bodies, and every new day bestowed on them when they rise in the morning are blessings from God, and will give due thanks to Him.
let start question in ourselves, Isn’t this proof enough for us? or are we so blind to push it all aside? No.. and There are still a lot of the evidences that you can think by yourself. Oh, it is if you believe in the Existence of God.
T: If people say God even created the space, I will wonder why there are so many unnecesary planets out there...? what for...?
S: Hmm... “Unnecessary” Planet.. what kind of planet? Do you mean planet other than earth? Do you think it is unnecessary?
We (Moslem) believe that His creation always has a meaning and purposes. As I mentioned before, all of His creatures are created for human to think that God is exist. Beside that, It is our duty as a human to do research and observe to know what His purpose behind His creation. Human is the most special creature from God. God design everything for human. if life exist without grand design, you will see many planets with creatures like us.
T: Why are there Uranium from which can make Atomic bomb that caused a lot of deaths of animals, plants and sadnesses in Japan...?
S: Actually, uranium is a radioactive that can be useful and really has great power to produce energy. it can be use for one of alternative energy sources. Well, I think it is depend on the people who use it. If they are bad people who have bad purpose to destroy others, of course Uranium can give worst effect! Every single His creation must have function especially for human, because He designed everything for human life. It is the same case with Nuclear I think. Nuclear is very dangerous if you want to use it as a raw material to make a bomb, on the other hand it can be useful for alternative energy source. Maybe at the past, people didn’t understand what this material was used for but since human society become modern and the exploration become better, they already knew the positive function of it.
Uranium, human, and all of creation followed with good and bad things, that’s why human have a little thing called brain, to think, to make differential about good and bad. it’s a wicked heart if human utilize it to destroy other human.
T: Why do you think God created human? we are just harming the earth. For the earth we are unnecesary.
S: it must be a creator, a higher being, which we call God, since life can not sprang out of itself. Actually, it is clear in the Qur’an that God created human and also all of His creatures to worship Him. It is not because God Thirst of everything, it is because He is God the Almighty, He can make everything and just say “be” and it will happen. Human live the earth because its their duty to take care of the earth and also the earth is created by God for human life. Its like a balance system and sustainability. it is stated in the Qur'an.
T: Why don't other animals hear voice from God?
S: Actually, moslem believe that every single creature hear the voices from God because God also commands them to do so (worshiping Him). Not only animal but also the plants, planets, mountain, etc. but, they hear God’s voice with their own way, they also thankful to God because they’ve been created! For me, it is not an imagination. For example, bird voices in the morning is its symbol to praises God, chicken voices in early morning is its symbol to praises God, revolution and rotation of the planets in their own orbit is its symbol to praises God. In Qur’an, there also some chapters which are named by the name of animal (An-Nahl: bee, An-Naml: ants). These means we can learn a lot of things from animals. In An-nahl: 68, God commands to bee to produce honeybee from their house and the honeybee can be very useful for human health..
I Think enough for this part 1, Will share it in the next time :)
