🍪 A Sweet Mess by Jayci Lee was a true delight to read. It’s an #OwnVoices Korean-American (🙌🏻) romantic comedy filled to the brim with descriptions of yummy desserts and wine. No, seriously, I consumed an ungodly number of brownie bites while reading this book.⠀ .⠀ 🧑🏻🍳 Most of this book is set in a private villa while the main character works on perfecting her dessert dishes for a tv show. I think because of the setting and how the two love interests are basically sequestered away in this beautiful place, I felt like I was on vacation.
