To people who are secretly atheist or agnostic because you have a strictly religious family,
i see you and your ideology is just as valid
Apparently, I was wrong about this whole atheist thing. God has revealed Himself to us in this video..and he’s fabulous! Praise the lord, and his little silver shorts! (I love this video!)
A muslim's point of view
Logically when you work hard and strive for something it should amount to a rewarding end product. For instance, you study for an exam, you increase your likelihood of passing. Or you’re at work all day, you might not enjoy it, but the payment is worth it in the end. Therefore from a logical perspective wouldn’t you assume that having fun or just playing around in this dunya, without any thoughts to consequences could have detrimental effects. It just doesn’t make sense to me, the whole “live while you can mentality” you should live this life to prepare when you’ll actually live. In Jannah. In shaa Allah.
