If I could get like one person ever to listen to me yap about my sanders sides sonas I could die a happy man I'm sure.

I'm so cringe but I am free.

On a real note this series helped me a lot when I watched it as a kid to seperate my issues into much more manageable parts. Before I ever started therapy this show really helped, especially DWIT, that one was amazing. It really helped me seperate myself from my intrusive thoughts and realise that I wasn't a horrible person just because I had intrusive thoughts, which really helped me tackle the "moral" part of my ocd. All of that is to say, I've known my sonas for this fandom since my first romp in it back in the day and as I've grown so have they and I kinda want to let them see the light of day

Dreamt of a fanfic idea so good I woke up at 5am

#asprinyaps #It's Logan centric btw #It's such a good like plot and idea but idk if I'd do it justice #This is idea is gonna haunt my brain for a while I fear #I love when I wake up with like a sentence and a couple keywords to go off of and the idea of an idea #I hate that I can't actually remember the dream that inspired it that well #I do remember the cannibal penguins though #my dreams today were more like channel flipping then actual dreams and I was sort of awake the whole time but still asleep?#not lucid just like really light restless sleep #anyway one of the channels I flipped throigh was like an out of context quote of some youtuber talking about cannibal penguins #and about humans evolving from the only fish to ever feel emotions #idk what any of that was about #but then Logan woke me up

There's something so sad in "Can Lying Be Good" that VIRGIL of all people was the first to figure out that Patton wasn't really Patton. Imagine someone you've only known a few months, noticing you're acting different, while the people you've known your whole life don't.

At least not at first. That'd be devastating. And yeah, it probably has more to do with Virgil knowing Janus really well than it does Virgil knowing Patton, but isn't that worse?

Nobody knew Patton well enough to notice until he said something so unlike Patton it would be impossible not to notice. Like up until that point, that line "sometimes, lying is good" they thought it was Patton. If Janus had thrown his hands up and said "guys, it's me, Deciet" it would've been no different than that statement. That's what it took for them to realize it wasn't Patton.

Just... ouch.

And then you add the new episode and just. Ow.
