Standing on the precipice,

Paralysed by what lies ahead

Too scared to take a step back;

For a promise to be broken instead.

Beyond the borders of the mind

Where fear may survive and sometime not,

For left with fear if we must be

So pause to hear … the sheer drop!

For into the void we send ourselves

Void of nothingness and pulsating greed;

But over there, just…

Chest of wishes passing by…
