Would you recommend using asongaday ? And how does it work?
OMG. I would TOTALLY recommend asongaday! All you do is give them your email address, and they send you a link every day to listen to a song. The links go to YouTube, SoundCloud, or Bandcamp, so it’s totally free.
Sometimes I’ll listen that day, mostly I wait until I have 10 or so songs then devote 15-30mins listening to them all and seeing what I like.
Obviously, there are a lot of songs I’m not interested in or just don’t grab me, but if of those 10 one is a cool sound or an artist/band I never would’ve heard before, it’s worth it listening to a bit of the others.
It’s free to sign up, free to listen, and if you hate all the songs they recommend you can unsubscribe. I don’t see a downside!
