In relation to the post about Jervis obsession with Alice wether or not it's romantic. I think it's purely just him trying to fill in a gap with his hyperfixation. He associates a woman who looks and acts like Alice in Wonderland as a romantic interest purely because of his hyperfixation. There's no love there, he's filling in the gaps from his possible lack of affection or love growing up. At least this is what I think anyway.

i think its romantic, but i dont think jervis understand that its not real love before he goes to arkham. jervis has a crush on her first then it just snowballed and became an obsession.
after treatment his obsessiveness over her has lessened and i think he views her now as just an ex friend/lover just because he cant have her. so he goes to other things rather than focusing on alice all the time.
