14. Do you ever mark/dog ear your books?
I used to dog ear my books a long time ago but i dont anymore. I have soo many pretty bookmarks now that i use instead:) and sometimes i do write inside or highlight certain passages in a book with a bunch of colourful tabs, but this often takes me out of the story so i rarely do that
20. What do you look for in a book?
This is such a broad question honestly! Physically, i like it when the font isn't too small or the lines arent too close on top of each other because this makes it harder to read for me. Also like books that can open easily (why would you make a stiff book that barely opens)
As for the story itself, i love complex characters, i love when characters are forced to do stuff against their beliefs, i love stories about identity and the identity being stripped off/taken/changed beyond recognition (either by force or by will or unintentionally). I love characters who get lost, but i also love when they get found again. I love when the people around them help them find themselves again, i love a deeply flawed character who deems themselves unworthy of love, who might never have had love in the first place and i love when they get loved and cared for. No i am totally okay why do you ask djfhsk
