Explaining to the very limited human mind, not to mention showing the weak human eye the appearance of my very true form would surely grant me a look at the amusingly damaged and highly disturbed leftovers of both of the mentioned.

Wouldn't it be rather unfortunate for you if you'd be unable to converse with me any further rationally?

For the sake of my master's contentment and there being no particular use for him in me permanently decimating your perceptive abilities and sanity, I shall spare you the sight but strive to assuage your curiosity to a small extent since you went through the effort of asking.

I can take on all forms, all shapes and all concepts imaginable, albeit the essence, my very true form is beyond what your imagination and minds are physically able to grasp. At least not while remaining unscathed. Therefore a wordy description of such would be in vain and never sufficient. Though from experience and highly entertaining memory I can share that most of you go through the same pitiful and interesting reaction when exposed to the sight of the true devil.

It will excite and delight you, appall and revolt you to the bone, though within the crazed ecstasy you'll feel in order to fight your unbearable shock and death fear, your utter desperation will undoubtedly have the upper hand.

It's unsightly.

Disgusting.

Repulsive.

Unfortunately, as the Phantomhive butler, I wouldn't have enough time at my disposal to carry out calming exercises or anything of the like if there ever was a need for it. I'd like to point out that even though I may share some of the physical properties that are familiar to humans, such as pain or hunger - though of much different nature than a mere human mind could ever be able to grasp- the way in which my substance and mind work is intrinsically and entirely different.

And though I cannot deny a reoccurring wave of chagrin, wonder and frustration when it comes to the infinite idiocy of lower beings, things like breathing exercises or calming techniques would be as ineffective to the likes of me as trying to elicit a halfway decent dance step from the young master. It would be an utterly pointless endeavor, completely in vain. Unlike humans who depend on countless external resources in order to function, I am not dependent on oxygen, let alone mental tranquilizers in order to maintain my physical or mental stability.
